BKP 236 - Baking and Pasry Capstone Lec. 2 Lab. 3 Cr. 3 Prerequisite(s): BKP 109 , ENG 100 , HOS 155 , MAT 102 or higher, RDG 100 and instructor approval. This course includes capstone competencies for baking and pastry students. Students work in a retail bakery producing an assortment of baked goods while managing and selling their products to the public.
