CUL 103 - Nutrition Lec. 3 Lab. 0 Cr. 3 Prerequisite(s): MAT 032 , MAT 012 , RDG 100 with a grade or C or higher. This course is a study of general nutritional needs of the life cycle, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
