CUL 101 - Principles of Food Production I Lec. 2 Lab. 3 Cr. 3 Prerequisite(s): ENG 100 , MAT 102 , RDG 100 with a grade of C or higher. Corequisite(s): HOS 155 with a grade of C or higher. This is an introductory course in food preparation, including kitchen safety and sanitation. Emphasis is placed on the practical presentation of simple foods, terminology, and techniques of preparation of nutritious quality food.
