BKP 236 - Baking and Pastry Capstone Lec. 2 Lab. 3 Cr. 3 Prerequisite(s): BKP 109 , BKP 182 , BKP 183 , and Instructor Approval This course includes capstone competencies for baking and pastry students. Students work in a retail bakery producing an assortment of baked goods while managing and selling their products to the public.
