Construction Management

The Construction Management certificate covers all phases of management from site layout to finishing construction.  Areas covered are bidding, contracts, specifications, estimating, print reading, building codes, and an internship with construction companies.   Business math classes are introduced for business applications.  Emphasis is place don “green” building techniques outlined y Leadership to Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles.
