SUR 101 - Introduction to Surgical Technology

Lec. 3 Lab. 6 Cr. 5
Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Surgical Technology program.
Corequisite(s): AHS 102 , AHS 130 , BIO 112 , and CPT 101  or CPT 170 .
This course includes a study of the surgical environment, team concepts, aseptic technique, hospital organization, basic control, and wound healing.
